This Guy is Loosing Body Weight and Keep in Charge

5 Years Duration
ITS ALL ABOUT ACHIEVING TARGET!

In common, the first quarter of the year is kind of busy in providing targets to the employee or the employee proposing the year Key Performance Index or Targets.
Engineers are commonly using some visual tools for example the line graph, or even Pareto Diagram to show some trending on what have been done previously, and what to be done next.

To me, early year is my busy time in looking up towards the ceiling and dreaming of the next target and how to achieve. Also not to disregard the feel of getting it done and how it to be done.
These what most of the time being called visualisation and it is kind of compulsory topic in any Motivational Sessions or Training.
Actually I am doing this not only during the First Quarter of any Year, it just practically every free seconds.
Often, the dream includes challenges overcame and opportunities missed.
And seldom what I have been through all these years all these life would be part of the dream.

Year 2016, after the physician confirmation on my back condition, herniated discs with degeneration syndrome. Not to mention how many, it just the "suwey" No. 4.
After a year fighting and managing the pain, and by accident, I felt the on and off between pain and nice feelings proportion to my weight.

Hence, I decided to loose some weight while signing up for Chiropractic care.
Basically the Pain goes off for now, Year 2019.

Loosing weight is like Making an earning, that's my Motto.
First, target setting, just like when we first graduate school.
To ensure effectiveness, timeline is a must.

After school, after drafting out what I need and what I want to be needed,
I put up an action plan. This action plan shows I need to earn at least MYR A to have a decent life, and need at least MYR X to have married life and have to do it in 2 years time as I have spent 8 Years of my life in higher learning school and enjoying Rugby.

75 kg of weight were set to be the target, and end year 2018 is the timeline.
Meaning to lose around 19 kg in 12 Months, less pain more gain.
Eating habit need to be changed. Eat as what we love and need.
I love rice, I eat them, but less them.
I love canned coffee/latte, I consumed them, but less frequent.
It just about how many calories in and out.
It just about how google have helped to understand better.
Add in exercise to accelerate.
And track in statistical graphics, most commonly in graph form the achievement, to make it more interesting.
Before and After photographs is just a norm and culture. ;p

A targeted job have been identified, the thing which I could do and earn better with same working efforts in the current state.
Next, plan on the timeline and the prerequisite in order to be offered of the targeted job.
Internet searching and skills needed to be recognised.
Not to ignore any suggestions from any Friends, Family and acquaintances.
Get back to school in term of short courses, professional certifications, to accelerate.
Attend any interview call ups, at least to brush up the skill in communicating, and not to surprise it able to act as knowledge sharing session.
And finally, with all the efforts, the result would come, no matter how impacting and what it is, it still achievements.
Finally, not to forget to focus on what we do for living, not to slack off as there's nothing permanent in the world.
And to make it sweeter, just reflect the stats into a visual thingy, a graph more likely.
No matter what the achievement, interview scored, Salary increased, Total earnings of the years, Income taxed, etc, only it would be appreciated if we treat it as our own Can Do! and Must Do! KPI. 

Weight lost, Money earned,  it just all about plan, strategies and execute according to it with sense of adequate disciplines, Perseverance and Resilience.

MCO@1-Apr-2020, it was painful night in warming Paka town, for 10 consecutive days as I remember. On the 4th April, run straight home to my wife in N9 after setting up specialist appointment on the 5th asking to be boarded for further management. Due to covid19 mitigation, the boarding took 3 days and upon boarded, the doctor had set for MRI on the same night. After looking at the MRI result the next day, it was make known of new finding. C6/C7 had bulged. Previosly, I was suffering from C4/C5/C6, L4/L5/S1.  Looking at the films, there is a bit improvement on the other bulged disc in term of liquid content, but it still not doing any good that day. Seems that I have been complacent by reducing efforts in maintaining good diet and daily stretch as I was pain free for 8 months.  After few weeks of painkiller consumptions, it was all better but not fully OK. Fast forward... Enjoyed fasting Ramadhan at home, came the Eidulfitri. Negeri Sembilan, touted as heaven of Gulai Lemak Cil...

Pemanduan Berhemah Defensive Driving

Dalam kebanyakan sukan berpasukan, pemain-pemain dan taktik secara umumnya terbahagi kepada dua: 1. Defensive 2. Offensive Taktik dan pemain Defensive akan cuba tidak melepaskan pemain lawan yang Offensive berlalu pergi sekali pun untuk memungut mata.
